About Women Living with Wisdom

Why I Write

When I started Women Living with Wisdom in 2018, I envisioned a group of friends that would meet to discuss areas of growth and support each other in their individual journeys and selfishly I knew I needed to step out of my comfort zone and I needed my friends as a safety net to do that. This was fun for awhile, meetings were attended and we all fit the time into our schedules. Then we had a pandemic and I realized that a growth based public journal could be a great fit for not only friends to be together when we were apart but also to foster new friendships and support for each other.  At first, I used this space I was creating to hold myself accountable, because maximizing mental and physical health can only come from intentional, daily effort.
This blog can be a great tool to help each other and grow. I am constantly overwhelmed by the growth I've seen in our group. Guiding others along their wellness journey is my passion in life and fosters my own growth, so please don’t hesitate to let me know exactly what topics you would like to discuss. No subject too great or too small. Also, this blog is only as good as the participation so if you have a constructive thought or tip to share for me or the group please do not hold back.
